A business is for sale in Thailand, located on the island of Phuket. It is fully and officially registered and operates with all required licenses. The location is Bang Tao — often referred to as the “Russian Rublyovka of Phuket,” an upscale area popular with affluent residents and visitors.
The venue is a café with a fresh, modern renovation. It is well known on the island and has an established base of regular customers. It is a coffee shop with cannabis flowers, but it can also operate simply as a café.
The business has been operating at a stable profit every month for more than three years. The venue is approximately 120 square meters including the veranda and is located in Bang Tao. It is located on legally registered land.
The sale includes the business itself, the brand name, all branded materials and merchandise, licenses, social media accounts, the remaining inventory, and the team of employees who have worked there without staff turnover for all three years.
The asking price is $150,000. This is lower than the original cost to build and launch the business. The venue paid back its investment within three years and has been generating profit ever since.
I may not be writing the most professional sales text because this is the first time I have ever sold a business and I have no previous experience doing it.
As for profit, you can calculate it yourself: the investment was fully paid back within three years, and we earned additional profit on top of that. At a minimum, we were making $5,000–7,000 net per month. During high season, the profit can be three to five times higher.
Why are we selling, and why is the price lower than the original investment? It is quite simple. The business paid for itself a long time ago, and naturally there is some wear and tear, which we have taken into account in the price. However, the coffee shop itself is in excellent condition.
We are selling because we are moving to the United States and do not see much sense in keeping a business so far away. If you can still reasonably fly from Russia to Thailand, doing it regularly from the United States is almost impossible.
If you do not know how to start a profitable business without burning through your money, this may be exactly what you need. You invest $150,000 and secure a source of future profit for yourself.
To answer some possible questions in advance: the tax authorities in your home country have nothing to do with the day-to-day operation of the business in Thailand. In Thailand, you personally do not need to handle anything operationally — everything is already set up and runs like clockwork. In addition to the regular staff, there is both a Russian-speaking accountant and a Thai accountant. They submit everything, pay everything, take the necessary amounts from the business budget, and handle the routine processes for you.
You can basically sit on the beach and enjoy your life — I am not exaggerating, that is how I personally live. And if you decide to actively get involved in the business and participate in its development, the upside can be significantly higher.

One more thing I forgot to mention: there is a kitchen, a bar, and the main coffee-shop retail product. The location is about as advantageous as it gets.
