An Investment Opportunity in Phuket
We aren't seeking investment to get started; construction is already underway.
This is a new premium spa and wellness project in Bang Tao, Phuket. We are investors in the project ourselves and have already committed our own funds to its realization.
The site has been leased, the spa concept and layout designed, the grounds prepared and marked out, and contractors selected; work is already in progress. The estimated project completion time is approximately six months.
We are now opening the opportunity for external investors to join this active project prior to its grand opening.
Why Spa & Wellness?
The large-scale spa and wellness club format is gaining significant traction in Phuket. It is no longer just about a one-off "spa visit"; it has become a lifestyle choice. People regularly visit such venues for the sauna, pool, recovery, dining, and socializing, often spending several hours there.
This business is built around this consumer behavior: we are creating a destination that people will want to return to regularly, rather than just visiting once during a vacation.
What is this project?
A large lifestyle spa club featuring a swimming pool, Finnish sauna, hammam, hot and cold plunge pools, a restaurant and bar, relaxation areas, and wellness programs.
The concept is complemented by group steam sessions, gourmet dining evenings, special events, and live performances. Our goal is to establish the business as a prominent lifestyle destination in Bang Tao.
Financials
The projected average spend is 1,000–1,500 THB per guest.
100 guests/day → approx. 100,000 THB in revenue
200 guests/day → approx. 200,000 THB in revenue
During peak season, the business model projects a potential attendance of 300–400 guests per day. Key recurring expenses: a staff of approximately 15; payroll ≈ 400,000 THB/month; restaurant supplies ≈ 15% of revenue; and land lease, utilities, and other payments ≈ 200,000 THB/month.

Investment Proposal
We are continuing to invest our own funds and are fully managing the construction, launch, and ongoing operations of the business. We are seeking external capital to strengthen and accelerate the project's implementation.
We offer investors a 10% share of the project's net profit. The investment amount, legal structure, payment schedule, and other terms are defined by contract and discussed on an individual basis.
