The profit sharing range between 14% and 25% of net after tax profits translating to between 1.25 mil THB and 6.25 mil THB annually for the partner.
The range depends on 2 factors: a) defined profit levels b) the amount of refundable security bond placed as a commitment in order to qualify for the corresponding level of profit sharing.
The current levels of profitability over 2023 and 2024 , bring the profit share for the partner at between 1.5 mil THB and 1.95 mil THB annually (depending on the option of security bond placed)
6 year renewable contract. The refundable security bond is meant to reciprocate the trust provided by the proprietor to the partner to run the operation with a serious commitment to ensure adherence to the rules, budgets, ethics, financial management, regulatory conformity & reputation integrity of the business and the risk of walking out or causing a severe problem.
The security bond levels are 2:
3 mil THB for 14%-21% profit sharing qualification OR 5 mil THB for 16%-25%
The corresponding 5.25 mil THB (21%) or 6.25 mil THB (25%) annual profit for the partner can be achieved by only 25 new guests monthly, a 50% increase from current levels - a feasible target for a partner with strong management & marketing skills.
