Viking House is situated on a hill about 300 meters from the main village, Mae Haad, as well as the nearest beach, offering a wonderfully magical view toward Koh Nang Yang. The resort consists of three villas of various sizes.
The land covers 2 ½ rai (around 4,100 square meters), which is freehold and offers the possibility to expand with additional accommodations or a restaurant if desired.
State electricity with three private meters is available. There are gutters on all roofs to collect up to 68 cubic meters of water. A large water tank under Villa 3 holds 36 cubic meters, and additional tanks around each villa store about 32 cubic meters in total.
Villa 1 includes:
• Two studios suitable for two people, each with one large bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom with hot water, a refrigerator, and a TV.
• Four apartments designed for four people each, featuring two bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning, a bathroom with hot water, a living room, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Each apartment and studio has its own cozy terrace with a stunning sea view. Wi-Fi is available in all units.
Villa 2: Villa “Joy for Living“ is ideal for six people. It has three large bedrooms, a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two large bathrooms, and a terrace with a magnificent view. This villa is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms, a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a safe, and Wi-Fi.
Villa 3: The Viking House “Villa "De Luxe" is spread over three floors with four large bedrooms, two living rooms, two spacious bathrooms, a kitchen, a terrace on the ground floor, a balcony along the middle floor, and a large rooftop terrace on the top floor with a breathtaking view. It accommodates eight people with the option to add two extra beds. The villa is modernly equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms, a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a safe, and Wi-Fi.
Adjacent to the Viking House "Apartments", " Villa De Luxe " and Villa " Joy for living " is a large pool area exclusively for Viking House guests, with an adult pool and a shallow children’s pool. Two salas are available for guests to relax in the shade with a book. One sala has a small library with a selection of books, some games, and information about activities on Koh Tao.
Koh Tao offers fantastic crystal-clear water with coral reefs, perfect for snorkeling and diving, as well as excellent fishing opportunities.
